This achievement has significantly enhanced Korea's industrial competitiveness. More than 65% of Jusung’s employees work in R&D, with over 3,000 patents accumulated. The company invests 15–20% of its annual revenue into R&D to secure unique technological competitiveness, consistently achieving world-first results.

In September 2022, Jusung completed the construction of the Gwangju Campus, a facility with a total area of 22,000㎡ and four stories above ground. The facility integrates previously scattered buildings into a unified space, applying smart factory technologies to significantly enhance production capacity and cost competitiveness.

The Gwangju Campus also bridges R&D outcomes from the Yongin R&D Center into tangible products, creating a long-term foundation for efficient growth between research and production.
